I would like to thank you very much for the cakes for the 40th and 50th last month. They were absolutely fabulous and everyone loved them.
The chef at the hotel said the cakes were excellent and possibly the best he had seen.
My sister in law (the one who was 50) is actually the manageress at the Thistle airport hotel and she has kept your business cards and will be mentioning your name to potential wedding and party clients.
So thank you very much again.

Well i have to say, kayleigh loved her birthday cake and so did everyone who saw it. They all said WOW!
Shelly is an amazing lady and has very much a great talent which i would say is an art form.
Really loved dealing with her and all her advice on the cake.
Can't wait until my birthday for her to make me another wonderful cake.
Oh and not to forget to mention, even how the cake looked the sponge and everything tasted just as good.

As you already know, we were absolutely delighted with our beautiful wedding cake!! Even neil said it was amazing and he never has an opinion on these kind of things. The cake was everything I had hoped for and more, totally stunning!!!! The chocolate tier went down a dream, didn't have any left overs, lol. You truely are an amazing lady and your name will definatly be promoted by us. We will be back to use your inspiration again. Just to say a HUGE thank you for the cakes that you made for my son Zacs 2nd birthday and my eldest son Coles 6th birthday.
Zacs cake was lovely with Mickey Mouse on top and I have to say it was delicious. Zac was very excited to see the mickey mouse.
Coles cake was a masterpiece with the Quad bike and rider, archery target and hill! He was chuffed to pieces with it! Was just ashame we had to cut it! Again it was delicious!
We will definitely be returning in the future!

The cake for Julia and Robert's wedding was absolutely stunning and totally stole the show, the work you put into it and your talent shown through. Everyone wanted photographs and everyone wanted to know your details. I am a pretty laid back guy and I was stunned at the beauty and intricacy of it. The cake was the main talking point both during the day, and during the past couple of days since the wedding.
Jane has told me that she is pretty sure 2 people may have already contacted you, and we have had several other people asking for your website.
In the lead-up to the wedding and in my speech, I told everyone that everything which they felt was beautiful during the day, the flowers, the cake, the favours, oh yes and my daughter, were all down to Jane. If they all made it to the right place at the right time, that was down to me. They'll remember the beauty, not the logistics!
You are highly talented and we truly appreciate your artistic and technical efforts.
